WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS ON BI-TRIBAL SOURCED FROM?

All Bi-Tribal products are sourced from African fashion brands based on the continent.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?

We ship each item directly from Dallas, TX.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package’s journey to you!

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

If you don't see a size, color, or style from a brand that you like, we may be able to arrange a custom order on your behalf. To inquire about placing a custom order, please contact us at bitribal.official@gmail.com.

CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER?

Customers have 12 hours after an order is placed to modify it. However, if part or the entire order has been handed off to the shipping courier before the 12-hour modification window is up, then we are unable to modify the order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress online.

For even easier access, Bi-Tribal account holders can track deliveries by signing in, navigating to "My Account" > "Orders".

Please note: Your tracking details will only update once the courier has scanned your parcel at their initial sorting facility. This typically occurs within 24 hours of receiving your shipping notification.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Need to return an item? Email us within 14 days at bitribal.official@gmail.com. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We’re happy to exchange unworn items (with tags) within 10 days for a different size! Email us at bitribal.official@gmail.com to start the process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Sale items are final.

CANCELLATIONS

Bi-Tribal cannot accept cancellations on an order after the product has been shipped.
